How can I reserve a room at the B&B?
Once you have completed the availability request you will recieve an email with instructions to procede with the reservation. 
From the moment you receive the email with “tentative availability” you have 24 or 36 hours to send your completed form attached to an email or faxed and pay the deposit or give credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
The B&B is properly reserved after you receive our reservation confirmation. 
How can I pay the deposit?

Through a wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only)

How and when must I pay the balance?

The balance must be paid at check-in with cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

What is included in the cost of the stay?

The cost of your stay includes: all utilities (electricity, gas, and heat) initial and final housekeeping, daily tidying, all sheets and towels, breakfast, taxes, and IVA.

How can I reach the B&B?

Only by car. You can rent a car online and pick it up at the airport upon arrival. Remember that the residential area is not serviced by public transportation and we cannot accommodate any guests without their own form of transportation.

What time is check-in? When is the room ready?

Check-in upon arrival is generally after 1 o’clock, to allow for housekeeping. In the event it is necessary to check-in earlier or drop off luggage, this is possible depending on the availability. We kindly ask that you provide us with your estimated arrival time a few days before to avoid the unlikely event that someone isn’t at the property to greet you.

When is check-out?

Check-out must take place before 11 o’clock on the day of departure. Also if a later check-out is requested, it may be granted until the end of the day, depending on availability.

Is it possible to leave luggage after 11 o’clock on the day of check-out?

Yes, your luggage may be kept at the B&B until you return for it.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No, we do not require a security deposit at our B&B.

What are the penalties for cancelling a reservation?

In the event of total or partial cancellation or changes to the arrival and/or arrival dates, the following charges will be applied:

  • From the time of the reservation to 20 days before arrival date: 20% of total stay
  • From 19-7 days before arrival date: 30% of total stay
  • Less than 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total stay

 

If we are forced to cancel the reservation due to unforseen circumstances, it would be our concern to inform you immediately and offer you a similar accommodation.

In the event you are not satisfied with the alternative accommodation and choose not to accept our offer, we will refund 100% of your total stay. 

Are there other guests at the B&B?

It’s possible that there will be other guests in the same house, but everyone has their own private bath and guestroom.

Can I arrive any day of the week?

Yes, there are no predetermined arrival days.

What are the dimensions of the matresses at the B&B?

The double mattress measures 160cm (63in) wide, and the single matress is 80cm (31in). All of the mattresses are approx. 190cm (75in) long. In our single room the bed is almost the size of a double, measuring 150cm (60in) wide.

Are sheets and towels provided at the B&B?

Yes, each guest is provided a set of 3 towels and fresh sheets are changed weekly.

Is there a hair dryer and an iron at the B&B?

Yes, each room has a hair dryer and an iron.

Can I bring my pet?

We allow small animals with our consent; ask specifically before you make the reservation.

Do you offer any guided tours?

Yes, we provide our guests with private tours. You can reserve your tour before or during your stay. Contact us for more information.
